Summersover is an art collective started in 2016 by young black creatives to strive to demand a space for those that are not encouraged to enter gallery spaces in gentrified areas of Seattle.

Our goal is to create spaces that QTPOC will feel is for and by them. Our show is a celebration of QTPOC in ways of expression through art + community + performance, truly showcasing what being QTPOC in Seattle's gentrified area means and to connect the QTPOC in the community together- to continue to make the gentrified and mostly white spaces safe for us.
